    Everything is outlined clearly — scope, timeline, investment, and the structure guiding the project from beginning to end. Before anything is signed, we walk through it together so every detail feels understood and transparent.

  • Once your agreement is signed and your deposit is received, your onboarding checklist becomes available inside HoneyBook.

    This is where we gather the foundational pieces needed to begin — account access, existing assets, platform confirmations, organizational details, and your brand discovery questionnaire.

    More than anything, onboarding helps us understand the heart of your organization: how you communicate, what matters most to you, and how your presence should feel when someone encounters it online.

  • This is where the vision begins taking shape.

    Over the following 30 to 45 days, we build your website, brand direction, digital infrastructure, and supporting systems with care and intention. Throughout the process, you’ll receive progress updates, review opportunities, and access to a password-protected preview of your site as it develops.

    From page structure to messaging alignment, every piece is built collaboratively — thoughtfully refined until the full picture begins to feel like your organization brought to life online.

  • Every deliverable moves through a structured approval process designed to keep communication clear and expectations organized.

    Brand direction and social deliverables are reviewed together as a unified collection, while website pages are reviewed individually to allow thoughtful feedback at each stage.

    We move through revisions collaboratively and intentionally — giving every piece the attention it deserves before final approval.

  • When the project is complete and final payment has been received, everything is transferred to you in one organized, fully documented handoff.
