Purpose Meets Presence

Every organization we work with is carrying something worth being seen. A mission built through years of showing up, serving quietly, and believing in work that doesn't always get the recognition it deserves. Three Clover Co exists to close that gap — not by reinventing who you are, but by building a presence that finally reflects the depth of what you've already built. Because when the right people find you, understand you, and feel the weight of what you're doing — everything changes. That is where purpose meets presence.

Many nonprofit leaders spend years carrying the weight of their organization through conversation, trust, and personal connection alone. Their mission lives in meetings, phone calls, community relationships, and the way they speak about the work — not always in the digital spaces meant to support it.

Then something shifts.

The website becomes something they're proud to share. The messaging feels aligned. The structure finally reflects the depth of the work behind it. Instead of explaining everything themselves, they have a digital presence that helps carry the mission alongside them.

That shift — from simply managing the work to confidently representing it — is what Three Clover Co exists to create.

Because the organizations doing the most important work within a community shouldn't have to convince people they matter. Their presence should reflect it fully, support it consistently, and give the mission a place to live beyond word of mouth alone.

That is where purpose meets presence.

At Three Clover Co, we believe a complete digital foundation rests on four pillars — website design, brand identity, digital infrastructure, and social stem. Each element was designed to strengthen the next, creating a presence that feels cohesive, credible, and deeply aligned with the work your organization is doing.

One Purpose. One Mission.
One Foundation.

Everything your organization needs to show up online — website, brand, infrastructure, and social foundation — brought together through one intentional package, so every part of your presence feels connected, aligned, and ready to support the work behind it.

Our Foundation Launch is a complete single solution designed to bring clarity to every layer of your online presence — combining website design, brand identity, digital infrastructure, and social foundation into one connected body of work built entirely around your mission.

Here is everything it includes:

  • Your website is built from the ground up — researched, written, and designed exclusively around your organization's mission and audience. Every page has a purpose. Every word is intentional. And every visitor, whether they land on your homepage or your blog, will find the same clear, consistent experience.

What's included : Up to ten pages with custom copy including a dedicated press page. SEO and AIO optimization. Mobile responsive design. Donate page with payment processor setup. Press page coupled with press release form and custom QR code. Up to seven contact forms with custom post scripts. Meta descriptions and custom URLs. SSL, favicon, domain transfer and DNS. Stock imagery with alt text. Custom 404 page. Footer navigation. Privacy policy. Google Analytics installed and verified.

*Additional blog posts available upon request and scoped separately.

  • Your brand bible is the visual and tonal foundation everything else is built on. It defines how your organization looks, sounds, and shows up — consistently — across every platform and every touchpoint.

What's included: Complete brand bible with logo direction, color palette, typography, and voice guidance. Canva workspace setup with full brand kit loaded and ready for your team to use independently.

  • The systems working quietly behind your website — connecting everything, keeping it visible, and making sure nothing gets lost between the cracks.

What's included: Google Workspace setup with domain email. Google Business profile setup and verification. Google Search Console connected. Google Analytics installed and verified. All form submissions captured and organized in Google Drive. Site health assessment and digital performance baseline established.

  • A complete social starter kit that gives your organization a consistent, on brand presence from day one — and everything your team needs to begin and to keep building it independently.

What's included : Nine branded social assets — static, carousel, and short form video. Original copy, captions, hashtags, and tagging for every post. Content calendar with direct asset links. Facebook and Instagram bio copy. Three custom Instagram highlight covers. One newsletter template.

  • From the first conversation to the final handoff — and long after launch — Three Clover Co shows up as an extension of your team, not a vendor moving through a checklist.

We come to this work with firsthand experience inside the nonprofit world, watching organizations doing remarkable things struggle to be clearly seen online. We understand what it feels like to carry a mission that deserves greater reach, stronger structure, and a presence capable of supporting the work behind it.

We ask the questions others overlook. We listen for what isn't being said. And we build something that finally reflects the depth, credibility, and care already present within your organization.

A respectful, thorough handoff so nothing feels lost in the transition. A six month check-in already scheduled before we close. A relationship that doesn't end at launch — it simply changes shape.

You don't have to convince us your mission matters. We already believe in it.

The Foundation Process

A thoughtful digital presence rarely happens by accident.

Behind every clear, trustworthy website is a process designed to bring structure to the moving pieces behind the scenes — from brand direction and messaging alignment to digital infrastructure, onboarding, launch, and long-term stewardship.

The Foundation Process offers a closer look at how Three Clover Co guides organizations from the first conversation to a fully connected digital foundation built to support the work long after launch.

FAQs

No two organizations are the same. Different missions, different audiences, different challenges behind the scenes. But when it comes to building a stronger digital presence, many of the same questions tend to surface. Here are a few of the ones we're asked most often — answered honestly.

  • Three Clover Co was built with nonprofits in mind, and that continues to remain the heart of our work.

We do, however, occasionally partner with mission-driven organizations and purpose-led businesses whose values are closely connected to the people and communities they serve. The common thread is not industry — it’s intentionality, stewardship, and meaningful work that exists to support something larger than itself.

If the work behind your organization carries that same sense of care and responsibility, we’d genuinely love to learn more about it.

The Connect Form is a thoughtful place to begin the conversation.

  • Our Foundation Launch is designed to function as one connected body of work — with each element strengthening the next. A website is strongest when the brand behind it is clear. Brand identity becomes more effective when supported by strong infrastructure. And visibility grows more naturally when every layer of the digital presence is working together rather than separately. By brining these elements together, we’re able to create something that feels cohesive, supported, and genuinely prepared to grow alongside your organization long after launch.

  • That’s completely okay — many organizations come to us with an existing website already in place. In most cases, we’re able to transition and rebuild that foundation into a more cohesive system without losing the heart of what already exists.

While many platforms work well on the surface, our experience has shown that nonprofits often need more than a user-friendly front end — they need something organizationally friendly behind the scenes too. We build on a platform that brings your website, contact forms, newsletter delivery, donation collection, domain hosting, and supporting infrastructure into one clear, manageable space your team can actually navigate with confidence.

The goal isn’t simply to redesign what’s visible. It’s to create a digital foundation that feels easier to manage, easier to maintain, and better equipped to support the work your organization is already doing every day.

  • Before building a single page, we immerse ourselves in your mission. We listen to how you talk about your work — and we look honestly at the gap between what you're communicating and what your audience is actually hearing.

We don't show up with a template and a timeline. We get behind the mission first — because you can't build something that truly reflects an organization without understanding what it actually feels like from the inside.

    Every project starts there. Always.

  • Our goal is a 30 to 45 day turnaround from signed contract to launch. Every project involves a research and discovery phase — getting behind your mission before a single page is built — so timelines can vary based on the depth of that process. What never varies is the intention behind it. We don't rush what deserves to be done right.

  • Once we've connected and determined we're a good fit, you'll receive access to your private client portal where the entire process is outlined clearly — what we’ll need from you, what happens next, and what Three Clover Co handles on your behalf.

Before any design or strategy work begins, you'll receive a thoughtful onboarding checklist tailored to your organization. This is where we gather the foundational pieces needed to begin building well — things like access to existing platforms, brand materials, organizational details, goals, and the information that helps us understand how your mission should be represented online.

The onboarding process is designed to create clarity on both sides. It gives our team what we need to begin building intentionally while allowing your organization the space to watch the new foundation gradually take shape without feeling responsible for managing every moving piece behind the scenes.

Every onboarding experience is shaped around where your organization currently is. Some clients arrive with everything prepared. Others are starting from the ground up. Either way, the process is guided carefully so nothing feels overwhelming before the work even begins.

  • Yes — intentionally so.

Every Foundation Launch project concludes with a complete and organized handoff, meaning your organization leaves with full ownership of its website, accounts, assets, and supporting infrastructure. We also schedule a six-month check-in following launch to revisit how everything is performing once your team has had time to fully settle into the new foundation.

For organizations that would prefer continued support beyond launch, Three Clover Co also offers Ongoing Growth — a monthly website management service focused on maintaining the health, performance, and long-term stability of the digital foundation we’ve built together.

This includes ongoing backend monitoring, website and infrastructure maintenance, search visibility oversight, platform health reviews, and continued support to ensure your site remains current as technology, search behavior, and organizational needs continue to evolve over time.

Some organizations prefer a full handoff and complete independence. Others prefer ongoing stewardship behind the scenes. Both approaches are fully supported here, and there is never pressure toward either direction.

  • Not in the traditional sense — and intentionally so.

Rather than long-term daily social media management, Three Clover Co focuses on creating a thoughtful social foundation your organization can realistically maintain after launch. This includes branded templates, visual direction, foundational copy, and guidance designed to help your social presence feel consistent with the rest of your digital identity.

The goal is not to hand you more work. It’s to create enough structure and clarity that showing up online feels sustainable, recognizable, and aligned with your organization moving forward.

We also believe there’s an important distinction between social presence and digital ownership. Social platforms absolutely play a meaningful role in visibility, connection, and community engagement — but they are still borrowed spaces. Your website is the one digital environment fully belonging to your organization, which is why our primary focus begins there.

When the website, messaging, infrastructure, and social direction are all working together cohesively, maintaining your presence becomes significantly more manageable long after launch.

Foundation Beginnings

If you’re ready to begin the process, we invite you to complete the Foundation Intake Form. This allows us to gather a deeper understanding of your organization, goals, timeline, and the kind of support you may be looking for before scheduling a conversation together.

There Is No
Perfect Starting Point

Sometimes clarity begins with a conversation.

A chance to better understand where your organization is headed, what feels ready to evolve, and whether the presence surrounding your work reflects the same level of thoughtfulness already being poured into the mission itself.

For some organizations, that conversation begins with curiosity — a growing sense that the work has entered a new season and the digital presence supporting it should evolve alongside that growth.

For others, it's simply a desire to better understand what this process looks like before deciding what comes next.

There is no expectation that clarity arrives all at once. If you have questions, want to better understand the process, or simply need a place to begin the conversation, we invite you to reach out — even if you're still figuring out what the next step looks like.

Mission. Emotion. Clarity.

We understand what it takes to show up for a community day after day — the effort, the heart, and the quiet responsibility that rarely receives the recognition it deserves. This is how we choose to put our own talents to purpose, and there is no better place to direct them than toward organizations already creating meaningful change.

We are here to make sure your mission is seen, supported, and carried further than word of mouth alone.
